A SPOON OF YOGA, AND A PINCH OF MAGIC
"Did you practice" is a call to support each other and motivate to practice yoga, or any kind of activity that will give us space to "come home", behind the noise of the city and the clutter of the thoughts.
This invitation and question began in October 2024 by sharing short videos from my morning yoga practice. This online space is my home, where I share what I have gathered over the years along my yoga journey, which began in 2005.
Here, I share fragments of that journey —reflections and insights on yoga, movement, nature, the mountains, mindfulness, music, books and films, philosophy, and all the little things that nourish the soul.
ABOUT ME
Практикувам јога од 2005 год. почнувајќи со јога философија и медитации, а од 2016 со редовна Аштанга винјаса пракса. 2017/2018 завршив обука за учители и од 2018 активно држам часови по јога.
Yoga is part of my everyday life. A regular asana practice helps cultivate vitality and, over time, becomes a meditation in movement. To me, yoga is a meditative state of presence that can be experienced everywhere around us—a way of listening to silence and living with greater awareness.
What I hope to share in my classes is my love for yoga and the possibility of creating space—in the body, in the mind, and in life. A space where we can meet ourselves and one another, where we can listen, look beyond the surface, and discover what truly lies beneath. As the Little Prince reminds us, what is essential is invisible to the eye. We see clearly only with the heart.
SERVICES
I offer Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga classes for both beginners and experienced practitioners.
Ashtanga is a foundational system for dynamic asana practice. Its emphasis on breath, focus, and the elegance of the method can be integrated into every type of class—whether group, private, or online.
Over the years, I have explored a variety of movement disciplines, including sports, Pilates, Tai Chi, Tibetan Rites, Hatha Yoga, and Yin Yoga. The experience gained through these different practices enriches my teaching and brings depth and variety to the practice on the mat.
Собираното искуство низ годините од различни системи на физичка пракса (спорт, пилатес, таи-чи, тибетански ритуали, хата јога, јин јога) се „зачин“ на часовите кои ја збогатуваат праксата на матот.

Group classes
Every group class is shaped by the energy we create together. By the end of each practice, my hope is that we leave with a smile in our eyes and gratitude for the time we've shared.

Online classes
The flexibility of online classes and the opportunity to connect from wherever we are are among the things I value most about this way of practicing together.

Individual classes
Private classes are arranged by appointment and tailored to each practitioner's individual needs and level of experience.

A pure, grounded, and authentic Ashtanga practice. Precise guidance, a natural sense of rhythm, and genuine care for every student—both in the studio and online. I'm grateful we share the same studio. 🤍
After long hours spent sitting at a computer, standing in one place, or constantly rushing around, Ashtanga practice with Nade helps loosen those stiff corners of both body and mind that quietly carry the weight of everyday life. Through her guidance and thoughtful demonstrations, Nade gently brings us back to our natural rhythm—a place where no one is rushing us and the breath flows with ease (except during those long sequences of vinyasas 🙂). One thought that has stayed with me from her classes is that the goal isn't to "race" through the asanas, but to surrender to the movement and truly experience each posture. I'm deeply grateful for the practice she shares with us. To good health!
Nade is the only instructor who can turn someone with absolutely no natural talent into an assistant instructor. Thanks to her patience, attention, dedication, and expertise, she inspired in me a love for movement that has stayed with me for more than twenty years (since my Pilates classes in 2005). Training with Nade makes you stronger not only physically but mentally as well, while bringing a greater sense of calm. The fact that she continues to push the boundaries of her own practice is a constant source of inspiration to everyone fortunate enough to learn from her. ❤️
For me, there's nothing more beautiful than yoga. So when Nade started offering online morning classes, I couldn't have been happier! There's no better way to begin the day than with a yoga practice. Thank you, Nade—I already look forward to every class. ❤️
I've been attending Nade's Ashtanga Yoga group classes for the past three years. Although I initially joined simply to stay physically active and as an alternative to Pilates, I gained so much more through Nade's classes and my yoga practice. Alongside the physical benefits, I discovered a way to relax both my body through movement and my mind through focused attention. Nade is an exceptional yoga teacher. With her calm and unobtrusive approach, she creates classes that are both engaging and appropriately challenging, while offering clear guidance that encourages each student to listen to and work with their own body and mind. I wholeheartedly recommend her.
I started practicing yoga in search of greater presence in each moment (mindfulness). On a friend's recommendation, I joined PURE and met Nadica—a dedicated yoga teacher, quiet by nature, with a deep love for the mountains, sports, and a remarkable commitment to everything she does. At the time, I didn't know what Ashtanga Yoga was, and to be honest, I'm not sure I fully do even now. What I do know is that I want to keep progressing under her guidance. I've been practicing with her for quite some time now, and I have no intention of stopping. What keeps me motivated may be the endorphins after every class, or perhaps the feeling of making a little more progress with each challenging pose I gradually learn to do. Much of that progress comes from Nadica's guidance—especially the small adjustments and practical tips that make even the most difficult postures feel more accessible. The flexible class schedule she offers also makes it easy to attend regularly without missing a session.
One of the things I love most about Nadica's yoga classes is that you're training not only your body, but your mind as well. Alongside building physical strength and discipline, the practice helps quiet the noise of everyday life, leaving space for stillness and for truly listening to your body. I've been attending her classes for about a year, although not regularly because of work commitments. Even so, Nadica always manages to find a place for me in one of her groups and welcomes me in such a warm and friendly way that I never feel like an outsider joining an already established class. I wholeheartedly recommend her to both beginners and experienced practitioners.
So, I’m giving myself a big thumbs up for listening to my intuitions. Three times I went to the studio and back, till I met her 🫶 it’s a good thing she has her number on this page now 😃. Stiff in my joints and hard in head she saw and helped all she could do she did, during the individual yoga sessions, with simplicity and wisdom. Patiently she thought with honesty, again and again till I finally found my breaths’ rhythm on my own mat. Again, Grateful I listened to my intuitions. 🫶🙏😃☮️
I absolutely love the morning session with Nadica. ☺️ And the kitty cat 😻 Her classes are always guided with empathy and a wonderful sense of humour. Through her thoughtful and detailed mentorship, I've made real progress in my ashtanga practice, especially by gaining a deeper understanding of the breakdown of movements I thought I already knew, but i discovered I could refine much more. Her classes offer a safe space for exploration, where your practice is welcomed just as it is, no matter how your body feels on a given day, while her subtle thoughtful guidance encourages you to push a little further, effortlessly and with ease.
I started yoga "just to give it a try"... and here I am two years later—still practicing regularly and feeling much calmer (well, at least a little calmer than before 😄). I owe it all to Nade. She's an amazing teacher—calm, encouraging, and deeply dedicated. At the same time, she always knows exactly when to make you smile and when to encourage you to stay for just one more breath. Her classes are always clear, enjoyable, and welcoming, and the atmosphere is such that you leave your stress behind the moment you step onto the mat. If you think yoga "isn't for you," come to one of her classes—you just might change your mind. 🙃
