Yoga is for everyone, especially for those who say, \"I can't sit still,\" or \"Yoga isn't for me.\" And if you think you're not flexible enough, you're probably exactly the person yoga was made for.<\/p><p>Classes include postures from the Primary and Second Series of the Ashtanga Vinyasa system, always adapted to suit each practitioner's experience and individual needs. Each practice concludes with a short pranayama session, followed by an extended savasana, allowing time for the body and mind to settle into stillness.<\/p><p>Ashtanga Yoga is often thought of as a physically demanding practice, with the reputation of being \"only for the strong and flexible.\" My experience has taught me otherwise.
